I just heard about those Paid Survey Sites, Whats the deal? Anyone know any ones that are for real?

im a 15 year old kid, cant find a dam job, wudnt mind makin sum easy money. whats the deal with these sites, are they for real, i will definately not pay money to be bale 2 take surveys, thats garbage but wtb the free ones? This would be amazing if i cud even make like 30 bucks a month, wud still be free money to save up, so if u cud let me know about a site youv herd about form a friends or have done urself that wud be great.
