According to Liz Hernon reports on May 6, 2007 posted in the South China Moring post, the Pay Level Survey launched by the Hong Kong government appears as questionable. Many feel this is a crafty survey for making a misrepresentation of the facts that Hong Kong civil servants are overpaid by examining its cash benefits, housing and education, they actually make 225 percent ahead of the similar middle and upper ranks in the private sectors.
