If I signed up for $5.95 and I was charged twice once for $29.95 and another time for $59.95. I had to cancell my checking account number and my ATM card to stop this company from taking money out of my account, even though I called them the very same day to cancell the order. What can I do? The name of the co is www.BoulderNatureLabs.com They are thieves. I wrote to them and e-mailed them ovewr 20 times and when I call them, they hang up on me. judi08070@verizon.net pleasehelp me.
I took a survey and got talked into JUST paying for shipping and handling, which turned out to be $59.95.?
Are there any consumer help people on any of your talk radio stations? I would check there first. They are good at getting
issues resolved because the Companies don't want to get a bad reputation. Also, report them to the Better Business Bureau with a copy to the Company.
Good luck and thank you for warning a lot of us about BoulderNatureLabs. I never talk to people that call me that are trying to sell something just like I won't open an e-mail from someone I don't know. I learned that a long time ago the hard way just like you are doing now.
Reply:Where you are depends on what rules there are about "buyer's remorse" and what refund policies they have. If they are in a differrnt country than you, then it is "so sad, too bad".
There are rules around how to cancel the order. It usually has to be in print and signed.
The better business bureau is a place to start looking for help.
